Lisa Cini

Lisa M. Cini is the Founder and CEO of Mosaic Design Studio. A global award-winning commercial design, project management and procurement company, Mosaic’s mission is to "Improve Quality of Life by Design." Mosaic has dedicated itself to meeting clients’ needs, while upholding their mission, vision, and values. Cini has helped a diverse clientele, among them are: Top global senior living operators, US Air Force, US Navy, NHL, Coopers Hawk Winery and The OhioHealth Hospital System. Cini’s business has brought her into the publishing world. Hive: The Simple Guide to Multigenerational Living How Our Family Makes it Work, is her personal account of how her family designed a home in which 4-Generations lived together and lead productive, happy and healthy lives, while dealing with Alzheimer’s/Dementia. She has received numerous awards, which span multiple industries. A sought-after speaker, Cini has been featured on radio and CNN, CBS, FOX, and NBC. She is regarded as the leading Alzheimer's and long-term care design expert in the nation. Her most recent venture, Infinite Living, is a live senior friendly 10,000 square foot historic mansion that she is converting into an Airbnb model which showcases the latest tech, creates multigenerational connections and moves people from fear to freedom as they age.

As Community and Citizenship Manager, Kristen Smitherman-Voltaire leads the company's economic inclusion, community engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. In her role, she applies her unique combination of community engagement, equity and inclusion, and project management experience to cultivate sustainable economic impact for underrepresented businesses and inspire the next generation of go-getters to imagine themselves in a fulfilling career in the construction industry. She also co-founded and co-leads Turner’s Ohio Inclusion Action Team, the first regional model at Turner designed to enact an anti-racism strategy. Smitherman-Voltaire works closely with clients to help define, execute, and track the progress of their community engagement strategies, leveraging established community relationships to facilitate greater success. Her background is in project management and organizational strategy and she leverages her training in social innovation and human-centered design to address complex challenges.

Rated in the top five Leadership Workshops at Microsoft’s global conference for the last four years, Nancy Watt delivers powerful, creative, and memorable sessions using the tools and techniques of improvisational theatre. Her workshops have been delivered to Engineering and Science departments at Harvard, Princeton, MIT, Rutgers, New Jersey Institute of Technology, University of Toronto, University of Waterloo, and McMaster University. Her work in the construction and engineering sector has led to collaborations with the American Society of Civil Engineers, Engineers Without Borders, the Deep Foundations Institute, Langan Engineering, Nicholson Construction, the Society of Women Engineers, GEI Consultants, Shannon & Wilson, the Ontario Road Builders Association, and the Geo-professional Business Association. Watt trained at Second City’s Improv Conservatory and Sketch Writing Programs in Toronto and Chicago. She has a B.A. in Psychology/Sociology, a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology, she’s an Applied Improv Practitioner, and a graduate of Cornell’s Executive Program in Diversity & Inclusion. She is also certified in EQi 2.0, and she was in the first graduating cohort of Adaptability Quotient (AQ) from AQai.
